Return Policy

Returns
All sales are final after the order has been processed. No refunds or returns. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation.

If you receive a defective item or incorrect item, please contact us at info.openxsource@gmail.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 10 days of receiving shipment.

Please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for an exchange.

We do not accept returns. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will ship out a new one to replace it. The defective item does not have to be returned.

Exchanges rule
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the item is in stock. We cannot accept requests for changing color or size. Replacement is only acceptable for same color and same size.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are not made in cash or to your original method of payment. Instead, we only offer refunds in the form of in-store credit. This means that a gift card will be given with the purchase amount or partial purchase amount depending on the situation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.openxsource@gmail.com or through our social media channels.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, defective items will be processed same as regular price items.

Sizing
If customer has ordered the wrong size of an item, please send us an email atinfo.openxsource@gmail.com. We will then re-ship you a new item if you accept the shipping charge. We will only do this once per customer per order.
